Avocado Key Lime Pie And Anti-Seizure Chocolate (Cacao) Tea Recipes

The following two recipes were two of several healthy recipes that helped me in the process of getting rid of epilepsy.  These are recipes I still enjoy up to this day. They are very healthy and easy to prepare.  Best of all, they are made with 100% natural ingredients.  This way, you can enjoy every bite of the avocado key lime pie without feeling any guilt whatsoever.  Enjoy!

Avocado Key Lime Pie

Place all of the following ingredients in your food processor and process until you have a nice slightly sticky consistency that would hold together as the crust for the pie filling

Crust

4 cups of crushed mixed nuts (3 cups almonds, 2 cups walnuts, 2 cups pumpkin seeds) – crush nuts in a food processor.
2 cup of dates (pitted)
2 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Pie Filling

2 tablespoons of sea moss gel
3 cups of pitted dates
2 tablespoon date syrup or you can use honey
2 cups of mashed avocado
2 cups of soaked raw cashews (rinse and soak them overnight for 12 hours)
1 cup of refined coconut oil
2 cups of coconut cream
1 tablespoon of pure almond extract
4 tablespoons of pure vanilla extract
1/3 teaspoon of sea salt
4 tablespoons of organic lime juice

Anti-Seizure Chocolate (cacao) Tea

In the video I did not mention how much cannabis you would need if you do add it to the anti-seizure tea. The above picture shows how much cannabis you would need, which is about 1 tablespoon of dried cannabis bud if you choose to add it to your anti-seizure tea. Remember, adding cannabis to the tea is optional.

It’s important that you know that if you have viewed this video because you want to get rid of your epilepsy, seizure disorder for good, eating one whole medium to large avocado daily is great for an epileptic brain. Even the avocado leaves are great for your brain. Avocado loose leaf tea helps lower the risk of seizures along with the other ingredients. So that is why my 100% natural anti-seizure cacao tea which contains avocado leaves, holy basil (Tulsi), Genevese basil, Vervain, and ginger is so important to me. The ginger hides the unpleasant taste of the Vervain leaves. I might sometimes drink my anti-seizure coffee but I am more of a chocolate lover and I was never a daily coffee drinker. Coffee drinkers would definitely prefer the anti-seizure coffee over drinking chocolate tea. Check out my anti-seizure coffee recipe in the Epilepsy Gone Forever digital book.
