Four (4) Steps To Getting Rid Of Epilepsy And Other Diseases

 

 

So, let me now explain to you in details how I used the sun, autophagy, water fasting, intermittent fasting, a mostly raw plant-based diet and exercise to get rid of epilepsy , along with also getting rid of the side effects of being on epilepsy medication for so many years. I feel so free without having to take those dangerous Keppra pills daily. I cry tears of joy just thinking about all that I’ve gone through to get to this place in my life. I can’t speak about my experience without being a little teary-eyed. So, if ever you see me fighting back tears when discussing this subject, know that I’m not sad but extremely happy that I’m free from sickness and diseases that almost destroyed my life completely. I am wishing you the same success, and I can’t wait to hear about your experience once you join me on one of my weekly live zoom meetings.

You don’t have to be vegan to be successful with this process.  However, it is very important that you eat healthy while intermittent fasting for the period of time that you are doing this process.  Your goal should be to cut out processed foods all together.  For most people that is a process in and of itself.  As you can see in my intermittent fasting sample from Chapter 7, I sometimes consume boiled eggs, honey, and miso paste which are animal products. This is one of the reasons why I cannot claim to be vegan, nor do I put a label on myself. I don’t eat red meat, chicken, or pork, but a few times on a monthly basis, I will consume fresh fish straight from the sea here in our village. Also, honey used to be my main sweetener, and it’s an animal product. It’s no longer my main sugar substitute.  I don’t ever want to get caught up with labels to describe my lifestyle. My goal is to eat only raw foods from nature someday, but I’m just not there yet. I’m not forcing myself to get there before I’m fully ready to take the plunge.  

I love being free to be me, to eat and live the way I want as long as it is healthy and is not causing harm to my body or anyone else. Would I ever eat my own goat, quails or chickens? No way! Yes, those are the only animals we have, but we don’t eat them. My sons love pizza and they don’t want to give it up so we have milking goats for making fresh mozzarella cheese. My youngest son makes homemade mozzarella cheese from fresh unpasteurized goat or cow milk. My sons don’t eat the way I do, but they try their best to eat from nature daily. They drink a lot of herbal teas unsweetened, fruits and veggies daily. My hubby eats the way that I do but he is not as strict with certain things as I am.  He has a sweet tooth.  He is a cake and ice cream lover and would treat himself more often than he should.  He would also eat past 6pm and that is something I am strict about unless I have no choice on any given day.  I thought I’d clear the air with all of that.

Now that we have gotten that out of the way, I am going to just sum up the steps that I took to getting rid my epilepsy, seizure disorder, etc., once again. If you are here and you are suffering from any other illness or disease, you would follow the same process.  Here we go:

 

Body Preparation Prior To Starting The 4-Step Healing Remedy

 

In some way or the other, we are all exposed to a large number of toxins in our daily lives, whether we are aware of it or not. Some of these toxins are mold, pesticides, heavy metals, our medications, environmental pollutants etc.  Toxins are everywhere…in most drinking waters, in the air we breathe, in the foods we consume.  Aluminum and multiple metals are being sprayed over our heads from the chemtrails almost daily and all year around, which is quite insane.

This insane level of toxic burden is a modern issue. I know our ancestors didn’t face the same toxin exposure as we do today. It’s a shame that total avoidance is not even realistic. Pharmaceutical residues have been detected in our municipal water supplies, especially in the West. Besides Mountain Water, I highly recommend whole house water filters, water filter bottles, shower heads.  I usually don’t drink plain water (H2O) unless I’m fasting as I mentioned earlier.  My body hydration comes from mainly fruits (H3O2) and unsweetened herbal teas on a daily basis.  So I make it my business to support my body’s detoxication pathway not just occasionally, but on a regular basis.

Make sure you are ready mentally and spiritually. Remember, everything begins with your thoughts and feelings. Visualize and feel your healing prior to experiencing it physically.  The Mantra will definitely help you with that.  Prior to starting this process, you must prepare your body physically by detoxing.  You are going to do two types of detoxes, one to clean out the gut and the other to go a little deeper and remove the plastics, heavy metals, etc., in the body.  Remember, always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any detox regimen.

 
Gut Detox

 

I was suffering from symptoms of a leaky gut and had done other detoxes prior to this remedy.  Leaky gut fuels hormone imbalance, inflammation, and fatigue. I did not know at the time that I needed a heavy metal detox also.  The gut detox that I highly recommend is the Amenazel Soursop Bitters.  I have used other detoxes in the past for gut detoxes, but the Soursop bitters is the best.  Second best for me is the black seed bitters.  When I started this process, I was already intermittent fasting for a few years. I did not know that I was Intermittent fasting.  My hubby and I simply decided one day that we were going to skip breakfast because it was brought to our attention that eating three meals per day is not biology. Most people have been taught that we need three meals a day to be healthy, but this is definitely not true. In fact, science tells us that fasting is hugely beneficial for longevity.  Yes, it’s one of those few things that slows down the aging process.  So I decided to make detoxing a regular part of my life.  I took the soursop bitters (2 tablespoons) per day, for three days.  Make sure you take it after your last meal on each day.  If you feel the need to take a few days break before taking the next step (Heavy Metal & Microplastic Detox) after the gut detox, then please do so.  I did not take a break which might not be the best thing for everyone.  

 
Heavy Metal, Plastic Detox

 

The actual goal of a plastic and metal detox is to get rid of any microplastics or heavy metals that may have accumulated in the body.  This would help improve the functioning of the nervous system, liver and the kidneys.  These are vital organs that play a major role in our overall health.  By simply addressing both microplastics and heavy metals, detoxing can help reduce the body’s toxic burden and potentially reverse or prevent major health issues associated with these environmental pollutants.   The heavy metal, plastic detox that helped me a whole lot with getting rid of heavy metals, plastics and even parasites that were literally “eating away at my memory,” was the Culantro (Chadon Beni) detox.  The scientific name for Culantro is Eryngium Foetidum.

To prepare it, I boiled 8 ounces of filtered water in my teapot.  Once the water boiled, I turned the water off and then added three fresh large culantro leaves to the water and covered the teapot and let the tea steep for ten (10) minutes.  After ten minutes, I took a half (1/2) teaspoon of psyllium husk powder and mix it with the culantro tea.  I hated this part because the psyllium husk did not melt fully, made the tea thick and slimy.  It was more like a watery putting texture after adding the psyllium husk. This is why I prefer to use chlorella (6 grams daily) as a binder instead of the psyllium husk.  Six grams is about one and a quarter (1 1/4) teaspoons of chlorella. Please note, to safely use psyllium husk, always start with a small dose (½ teaspoon) and increase gradually while drinking plenty of filtered water (at least 8 oz per dose) to avoid gas or bloating. Take medications at least two hours apart from psyllium husk.  The heavy metal, microplastics detox should last for a total of four weeks…two weeks daily detox and then take a one-week break and then complete the detox with one more week.  So to sum it up, two weeks on, one week off and then the third week on.  So, in reality you would be fasting for three weeks, but it would take a total of four weeks because of the one-week break.

From my experience I find that simply putting sixteen (16) ounces of filtered water in the Vitamix blender and then adding a tablespoon of chlorella and a squeeze of a quarter lime will send you even quicker to the bathroom.  You can try both psyllium husk and chlorella by alternating during the detox.  So for instance, one day you have the culantro tea with psyllium husk and then the next day you have the culantro juice with chlorella.  I blended three fresh culantro leaves with 1 1/4 tsp of chlorella powder in16 ounces of water and then I strain it before drinking. If you can drink it without straining it, that would be best.  I hate to drink anything with pieces and that is why I don’t drink smoothies because they are never really smooth.   

 
The best binders for culantro detox include:

 

Psyllium Husk: Psyllium Husk is a soluble fiber that helps sweep and eliminate toxins and heavy metals from the digestive system.

Activated Charcoal: Effective for binding a wide variety of toxins.  Activated Charcoal is particularly useful for acute exposures.

Bentonite Clay: Very effective at binding mold toxins, and heavy metals, but should be used cautiously.

Zeolite: Captures pesticides, heavy metals, and microbial toxins, often used in environmental detox.

 

Note:  I have learned that food grade diatomaceous earth is also a very good heavy metal and microplastics detox but I did not use it and have no experience with it.  So therefore, I cannot recommend it in this digital book.  My son uses diatomaceous earth for agriculture, but it’s not food grade.  You can use the binders above also with the food grade diatomaceous earth for detox, but I highly recommend that you do your own research prior.

 

Intermittent Fasting

 

It is extremely important that you also prepare your body prior to starting the four-step healing process by intermittent fasting.  Intermittent fasting not only made fasting for 72 hours much easier to accomplish, but I also continued to intermittent fast after the 72-hour fast.  Intermittent fasting seems so natural for the body.  It never feels like I’m fasting. Fasting does have many health benefits, such as increased energy levels, improved blood sugar control, weight loss, etc. As mentioned previously, one way to start fasting is by practicing time-restricted eating.  In order to accomplish this, you must limit your eating window to several hours daily. I highly recommend the 18/6 or 17/6 Intermittent Fasting plan because this is what I did and continue to do to this day.  I do sometimes fast for seventeen hours.  I don’t like to do less than 17 hours because I find that from 17 hours is when the body really starts to do its magic.  Less than that does not work for me.

This Intermittent Fasting plan involves consuming foods during a 6-hour window and avoiding food for the remaining 17 or 18 hours each day. It is the most convenient way to stay healthy, young, fit and energetic for many years without having to deal with tight restrictions.  Make sure when you Intermittent Fast during that 6-hour window that you are getting all of your daily recommend vitamins and minerals by eating the right foods.  I also recommend ingesting nitric oxide boosting foods such as beets, pomegranate, cabbage, broccoli, kale, spinach, carrot, garlic or parsley on a daily basis.  I usually focus on a daily green juice that contains either pomegranate, kale and or beets. 

Following Are Several tips on how to intermittent fast properly 


Make sure you choose a period of time for fasting that is most convenient for you.  For instance, if you have dinner at 4 p.m., your next meal (break – fast) should be at 9 am or 10am if you are following the 17 or 18/6 plan. Some specialists say that the best time for meals is from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. because people are mostly active during these hours. It is so much easier for me to skip breakfast, so therefore sometimes I do the 9am to 3pm, the 10am to 4pm or the 12pm to 6pm eating schedule.  Again, I make sure I don’t eat anything past 6pm.  I usually go to bed at 10pm.  So create a schedule that is good for you and you can also create multiple schedules based on your daily activities.  You might choose to eat just one large meal or several meals during a six our eight-hour window.  I chose to eat multiple meals, for example…. a salad, soup, snack, wrap with lentil and a bowl of fruit or homemade ice cream.  This is what I refer to my 5-course meal over a period of 6 hours.  Fast food, and other unhealthy carbohydrates and other unhealthy foods must be excluded. These empty calories won’t fill you up or give you the energy that your body needs on a daily basis. 

Since completing the 72-hour fast, besides intermittent fasting, I have also continued sun bathing, sun gazing, applying other mantras and Affirmations and exercising on a daily basis. If you don’t want to continue intermittent fasting as a lifestyle change like I have, I still do highly recommend that you at least intermittent fast for 90 days after the 72-hour water fast, eating mostly raw 100% natural fruits, vegetable, nuts and seeds while you wean yourself off the medication. I do not recommend that you just stop your medication overnight. If for some reason after the 72-hour fast you don’t get the full result you expected, continue with intermittent fasting for another 21 days and then do another 72-hour water fast or extend the fast to five or seven days if you can….the more the better the results. Repeat the process as much as needed.  Once you do it right, it will never fail.

Step 1. 72-hour water fast

 

Once you have mastered intermittent fasting and then detoxed your body, you are ready for the amazing 72-Hour (3-day) Fast that can stop your seizures, seizure disorder and any other sickness or disease. Again, besides being ready physically, make sure that you are ready spiritually.  Make sure that you are in a good, positive state of mind.  Make sure that you are doing Steps 2 and 3 while fasting for 72-hours. All of the above prepared me to fast successfully for 72 hours. Water fasting for 72 hours was something I never did in my entire life. So yes, when I felt confident enough, I went without food (I drank natural spring water only). I highly recommend that you continue to take your medication while fasting.  I fasted for 72 hours and it completely changed my life for the best.  If you can even fast for an extra day or two, that’s even better. I have been intermittent fasting (17/6 or 18/6) daily ever since and I don’t plan on quitting the intermittent fasting. I will do another 72-hour fast or maybe take it a bit further and do a seven-day fast every year. So once a year, doing at least a 72-hour fast is good enough for me and my hubby. Again, if you don’t have access to a natural spring like I do, you can drink a good natural spring water brand in glass bottle. Again, do not drink the regular plastic bottled H20 water.

This should not happen, but we are all different and you might need more than one round of 72-hour water fasts. If you do one round of water fast for 72 hours and you are not 100% healed, then you would have to continue with intermittent fasting for about 21 days or until you feel that you are ready for a second round of 72-hour water fast. If you do a second 72-hour water fast, after the water fast, continue fasting intermittently for at least 90 days, or until you are certain that you are 100% healed.  You might be wondering how I knew that I was healed after breaking the 72-hour fast.  Well, I will share that info with you in step #4 below.

 

Step 2. Repeat Mantra (Prayer/Meditation)

 

What if you don’t consider yourself to be Catholic, Christian or even religious? Could repeating a mantra while fasting still offer something meaningful? In a world obsessed with self-improvement, with trends like intermittent fasting and Dry January, prayer and fasting practices can suddenly seem less like an outdated religious tradition and more like a structured path to personal growth. Prayer (mantra) and fasting practices can benefit anyone because by combining them, they encourage self-discipline, mindfulness and intentional reflection. When we take the time to set goals, evaluate our habits, and even challenge ourselves, this can lead to personal growth in ways we might never ever expect. I am not a religious person anymore and I have embraced prayer and fasting habits without the religious framework.  My relationship with the Most High Universal Divine Masculine And Feminine Creator of which I Am, has absolutely nothing to do with religion.  I have used this time of prayer and fasting each year as a personal challenge to reset and reflect and I continue to pray (repeat mantras, affirmations, meditate) and fast annually because the benefits are numerous without even being religious.  Beyond the spiritual benefits, fasting and prayer offer practical advantages that impact mental, emotional, and physical health. Fasting can promote detoxification and improved bodily awareness, while prayer (mantra) can reduce stress and foster emotional resilience.  You can use the Mantra that I used for healing by downloading it below and making it your own by adding what works for you:

Step 3. Sun bathe and Sun Gaze

 

When sun bathing make sure you do so during sunrise and or sunset, which are the times that are safe for sun bathing and sun gazing.  The time of sunrise usually varies based on the time of the year.  So sunrise could actually begin as early as 6am to 10am.  As for sunset and the times that are safe to bathe in the sun that is usually any time after 4pm until the sun sets.  During sunrise or sunset you don’t have to worry about getting sunburned or damaging your skin.  Also if you wear sunscreen make sure you stop doing that.  You can wear a half cap or half hat so that the crown of your head can still benefit from the sun if you so choose.  If not, wear a full sun hat.  Besides the usual half caps for men, there are half hats for men and breathable mesh caps also.  Please refer to chapter 6 for video instructions on the correct way to sunbathe and sun gaze.  Also make sure at some point while sunbathing that you take at least 5-10 minutes to stand barefoot on the grass, dirt, sand, etc.  You cannot ground standing on concrete.  Whatever platform that you stand on, must be directly connected to the earth.  This direct contact with the surface of the earth will allow your body to absorb millions of free electrons (negative ions), which can help neutralize any positive charges accumulated from artificial environments and electronic devices.  Grounding will help increase your healing speed, helps you to feel more centered, enhances mood, reduces pain, reduces inflammation, reduces stress and fatigue.

According to EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), the average American spends 93% of their entire life indoors, tucked inside, insulated sealed-up homes, cars, offices, etc. Spending so much time indoors tend to suppress immune systems, dull the senses, cause depression, increase risk for illness and disease and increase exposure to indoor toxins. There is certainly not a lot of upsides to mention here. The good news is that the many downsides can be easily fixed by stepping outside, ideally, several times a day. And you can add an effortless grounding practice to the mix in order to extract max benefit from Mother Nature.  A life spent mostly indoors can most definitely make you sick. When I go outdoors, I always include exercise so that I am doing two important things at the same time.  I remember one of my relative used to say, why not “kill two birds with one stone?”  Well, that’s what I do every day when I “kill three birds with one stone,” by sunbathing/gazing, grounding and exercising for one hour. I exercise at least 5 days weekly. Just going for two 30-minute walks daily is highly recommended if you can do a whole hour at one time.  If you are 40 and older, it is important that you include resistance exercises. I highly recommend that you add 10lb weights to your legs and arms when you go for your walks. This way you get a whole-body workout without trying too hard. Someday soon I hope to graduate to 20lb weights and also embark on a Tai Chi exercise plan.

Again, getting outside and soaking up a little fresh air and sunshine can help keep you well. Our bodies use and need sunlight to help the skin produce the vitamin D necessary to tame inflammation, build bones, boost the immune system, protect against cancer and so much more. Although public health officials and dermatologists encourage us to stay away from the sun, regular sun exposure in small, managed, unprotected doses are extremely beneficial. Again, once you sunbathe during sunrise and or sunset, you don’t need to worry about getting sun burns, damaging your skin, premature aging, etc.  As a matter of fact, I have discovered that sunlight and vitamin C while sunbathing during sunrise or sunset does help produce collagen.

Collagen production decreases as we age and this decline accelerates significantly during menopause. For someone like me in her fifties, this certainly helps a lot with slowing down the aging process of the skin.  About two hours before bed, I spray my Bamboo-based Tea on my face and then massage my Bamboo-based oil blend which is high in vitamin C and silica on my face and this helps with collagen production while sun bathing.  I also drink my 100% natural bamboo-based tea which adds a whole lot of silica, vitamin C etc., to my body.  This is one of my main solutions for giving my skin a boost while sun bathing.  Vitamin C is essential for collagen synthesis.  Vitamin C and sunlight during sunrise and sunset hours help the body produce Vitamin D.  This indirectly supports skin repair and collagen formation.  If you go out and sunbathe the times when it’s not safe to do so, this can actually cause premature aging and damage to the skin.  I usually like to sunbathe during sunrise and sometimes I don’t make it out on time to sunbathe prior to 10am.  So what I would do is put on my half cap and go for a walk when the sun is really hot but only walk for about 15 minutes and then do my sunbathing and grounding during the evening sun (sunset).  Check out the following short video clip of me walking for a few minutes in the sun when it’s really hot:

 

 

 

 

Step 4. Break Fast at 72 Hours (Force The Body To Eat It’s Own Disease)

 

It’s time to break the 72-hour fast and following is what I did. 

I made sure that I had my superfood and “superfood drink” ready and prepared prior to breaking my fast. Also, I did not take any medication that morning of the 72-hour mark as I usually did until later on that day.  I will tell you why in a bit.  As mentioned in one of the previous chapters, I hate eating avocados unless hidden in salads, salad dressings, dips, vegan key lime pie, vegan avocado cheesecake, avocado cacao or coffee latte, etc.  Well, I rarely drink coffee, so the six main superfoods that I used to break my 72-hour fast were avocado, raw cacao, sea moss, coconut milk, flaxseed and walnut.  These are all superfoods with fat (except sea moss) that are good for the brain.  So I used them all to break the fast and force my body to eat up all the garbage.  As mentioned previously, in my humble opinion and from experience, avocado is definitely one of the best ways to break a fast, propel autophagy and prevent seizures. Breaking a fast with a healthy fat like avocado is most effective. You might be wondering, but why break the fast with fat?

Well, a healthy fat eliminates the hunger hormone, so it shuts off your hunger. You eat at least one or more combined fatty autophagy triggering superfood first when breaking your fast and then wait about an hour to eat anything else. Before eating anything else, it is highly recommended that you eat more than one serving of the superfoods.  If you use this small trick, you’ll find that within an hour, you will not even want to eat what you initially thought you might. You see, one of the ways I knew that I triggered autophagy and my body was eating up its diseases was when I found myself not showing any signs of a seizure aura after breaking my 72-hour fast with a superfood especially since I did not take any medication whatsoever in the morning as I usually did. Also, I noticed by the end of the day I had no seizure auras, nor did I have any signs of any symptoms of any of the other diseases.  I also did not feel hungry; nor did I have that craving to eat a whole meal again.  Yes, that nagging, craving to start eating a whole meal again will disappear.

So here is exactly what I did to break the fast:

  

I grabbed a medium avocado, cut it in half, sliced up that half into cubes, added a dash of salt and a squeeze of lime and mixed it all up in a little salad bowl and ate it. I ate that bowl of half the avocado to trigger autophagy.  I then waited for about 15 minutes to a half hour after to ingest the other half of the avocado.  I did not actually eat the other half but instead combined it with the other five superfoods to create what I call, “a brain fat, brain food,” super-creamy tea that forced my body to definitely, without a choice, eat up epilepsy, seizure disorder and those damn diseases.  I had the “brain fat” tea prepared the night before in the refrigerator with all of the ingredients except the avocado.  I took the half avocado with a half cup of coconut milk and blended for about a minute or until smooth.  I took the tea which was stored in a teapot, from the refrigerator and put it on low fire to warm, and also added the avocado mixture from the blender.  I made sure that while warming the tea that it did not boil because I did not want to boil out any nutrients.  Again, after about a half hour after I ate the half avocado, I drank eight ounces of the “brain fat” tea and waited 15 minutes after and drank another eight ounces for a total of 16 ounces.  So one hour after having that first half of the avocado and after also ingesting the 16 ounces of that tea within that hour, there was no sign of any symptoms of seizure auras whatsoever.  A few hours went by, no seizure auras, more hours went by, no more seizure auras.  You don’t have to prepare the superfoods exactly as I did, but I’m just letting you know that this worked for me and it’s up to you whether you want to prepare your superfoods exactly as I did.  Check out the following video to see how I prepared the “brain fat” tea:

 

 

 

 

No more seizures and no more medication for me. I was able to promote autophagy by eating half of an avocado and drinking 100% natural avocado cacao tea etc., which I used to break the fast.  Several hours after breaking the fast I had unsweetened teas and a couple green banana wraps filled with stewed lentils, leafy greens and laced with a delicious avocado cream sauce.

It is important that after your healing that you continue to eat healthy. This is a lifestyle change. You don’t have to be so strict but you must continue to limit your sugar intake or cut out sugar all together.  I highly recommend that you cut it out altogether. Cut out wheat (bread, pasta, cereals, etc.,) and consume mostly raw high water-based fruits (cucumbers, coconut water, honey dew, berries etc), vegetables (spinach, kale, broccoli, romaine lettuce, green bell peppers, arugula etc), seeds and nuts (pistachios, macadamia nuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, etc). Remember, it’s been years of you eating and living an unhealthy life that led to your being sick. So healing your body is an ongoing process. You can’t just heal and then go back to an unhealthy lifestyle.

Also make sure to do a gut detox at the end of each week as you are weaning off the medication. An 8-ounce glass of lemon water with about 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper also works well for cleansing the body. Please note that drinking hot, unsweetened herbal tea after meals help to keep the gut clean.  You want to make sure that you don’t build up with toxins again which would defeat the whole purpose of going through this process.  It would be best to just stop the medication overnight, but in reality, that is not something that I would advise you to do even after a successful prolonged fast.  Always check with your health care provider first.  I wish you a healthy happy life and tremendous success in all your endeavors.
